What is Spokk?

Spokk is an automated SMS marketing and customer engagement platform designed for local service businesses. It sends personalized SMS sequences after each customer visit to collect feedback, generate AI-written Google review drafts, and manage loyalty programs, referrals, memberships, and SMS campaigns. The platform integrates with Google reviews and HubSpot, and includes a dedicated toll-free SMS number for US and Canada.

How to use Spokk?

To use Spokk, sign up for a free trial and set up your business profile. Connect your Google Business Profile to import reviews and enable AI reply drafting. Place QR codes at your point of sale for customer check-ins, which trigger automated SMS sequences: feedback requests after 2 hours, review generation, loyalty tracking, and referral links after 20 days. Configure loyalty milestones, referral rewards, and membership tiers via Stripe Connect. Use the dashboard to monitor reviews, respond with AI, and send SMS campaigns to segmented customers.
