FAQ
Common questions about submitting tools — so you can finish listing with confidence.
What’s the difference between listing plans and sponsorship?
Listing plans (Free / Basic / Premium) cover permanent inclusion and review speed. Sponsored placements are sold separately for 90 days and do not change editorial rankings.
How long after payment until listing?
Basic is usually reviewed within ~2 days; Premium within ~24 hours. Timing depends on review outcome.
Will my listing be taken down when sponsorship ends?
No. Approved listings stay long-term. Only the paid promo slots expire after 90 days.
How can I get more views?
Buy sponsored placements under Sponsorship (homepage, top bar, detail sidebar, or category pin). Keep your site reachable and product details accurate.
Why wasn’t my tool listed?
Common reasons: unreachable site, not AI-related, duplicate listing, or incomplete information.
Can I edit information after submission?
Yes. Use the Product Update plan, or email [email protected] for corrections before or after review.
What is the refund policy?
If payment succeeds but we fail to start review or activate sponsorship due to our fault, email [email protected]. Fees for completed listings or live sponsorships are generally non-refundable.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. For bulk submissions or partnerships, contact us via the Contact page.
