What is Inbox Ledger?

Inbox Ledger is an AI-powered invoice automation and bank reconciliation tool designed for accountants and finance teams. It automatically captures invoices from email inboxes, extracts key data using AI, and matches them against bank statements to streamline bookkeeping. The platform supports multi-currency matching, various statement formats, and integrates with accounting tools like QuickBooks and Xero.

How to use Inbox Ledger?

To use Inbox Ledger, sign up with Google (no credit card required) and connect your email inbox (Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP). The tool automatically scans your mailbox and team mailboxes for invoices, extracting data with AI. Upload bank statements in formats like PDF, CSV, XLSX, OFX, QFX, MT940, or BAI2, and the AI matches transactions to invoices with confidence scores. Review and confirm matches in the dashboard, and export data to connected tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or Google Sheets.
