HighlightGPT is a Chrome extension that explains selected text on any webpage using AI. It leverages the content of the page you are on to provide relevant explanations, with adjustable context levels. The extension requires an OpenAI API key to function.
How to use HighlightGPT?
- Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, then highlight any text on a webpage. Choose the desired context level (higher values use more page text) and HighlightGPT will generate an explanation using surrounding content. Note that double-click highlights are intentionally ignored.
