What is CallScrib?

CallScrib is an AI notetaker for Microsoft Teams that automatically summarizes meetings and phone calls. It uses the Microsoft Graph API to read Teams transcripts after calls end, so no bot joins the meeting. Summaries with decisions, action items, and next steps are posted directly to the Teams chat within 60 seconds.

How to use CallScrib?

For Teams Cloud: 1) Your M365 admin installs CallScrib and enables transcription (one-time setup covering your whole organization). 2) Hold Teams meetings and phone calls as normal—no bot to invite or buttons to press. 3) Within 60 seconds of hanging up, an AI summary appears in your Teams chat. Alternatively, download the Desktop Agent to get started individually on any platform without admin permissions.
