What is Backlog.cloud?

Backlog.cloud is a meeting intelligence platform that automatically transforms conversations from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet into structured delivery artefacts such as user stories, tasks, bugs, decisions, RAID entries, and BPMN process maps. It supports 26 meeting ceremony types and integrates with popular work management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, GitHub, Notion, and ClickUp. The platform includes features like pre-meeting briefs, live coaching, and confidence-rated outputs with verbatim quotes.

How to use Backlog.cloud?

To use Backlog.cloud, connect your calendar (Google Calendar or Outlook) or paste a meeting link to have the bot join. Choose the meeting ceremony type (e.g., sprint planning, retro, standup) to tailor extraction. Select the artefacts you want generated (user stories, bugs, tasks, etc.) and run them. Review and edit the artefacts, which include verbatim quotes and confidence ratings. Finally, export them to your preferred work management platform via OAuth or token, or download as a spreadsheet.
