What is Arlopass?

Arlopass is an open-source browser extension and developer SDK that enables web applications to use AI providers such as Ollama, Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Bedrock without the web app ever seeing your API keys. It provides a secure credential vault on your device, encrypting keys with AES-256-GCM and storing them in the OS keychain. Users control which apps can access their AI providers, choose models, and set permissions and rate limits.

How to use Arlopass?

Install the Arlopass browser extension from the Chrome Web Store. Connect your AI providers (e.g., Ollama, Claude, GPT, Gemini) by adding API keys, which are encrypted locally. When a web app requests AI access, review the request, select providers and models, and approve the connection. For developers, install the @arlopass/web-sdk, create a client, connect to the extension, select a provider, and send chat messages.
