What is The Martec?

The Martec is an end-to-end AI-powered talent marketing platform designed for enterprise talent brands. It enables teams to create, personalize, and distribute employee-generated content (EGC) across the talent lifecycle, from written and video content to social advocacy. The platform includes a core hub for content management, a custom AI model (Martec IQ), and tools for employee advocacy and campaign orchestration.

How to use The Martec?

To use The Martec, teams typically start by requesting a demo or quote. The platform allows you to capture written and video responses from employees using personalized question engines and activation methods like QR codes or magic links. You can then create and repurpose content using AI editors and distribute it through advocacy tools, content planners, and multi-channel publishing, all while managing approval workflows.
