What is StoryHack Writers?

First Read is a screenwriting and script development platform that uses AI to help writers develop their projects from concept to production draft. It interviews writers about their creative instincts and builds a Voice Profile that captures their unique style and standards. The platform then guides writers through a structured pipeline, evaluating their work against their own voice rather than a generic house style.

How to use StoryHack Writers?

Start by signing up for the free beta. Name your project and take a deep, adaptive interview about your creative vision. First Read generates a Voice Profile based on your answers, which you can review and edit. Then move through a guided pipeline tailored to your format (TV series, feature, or vertical drama), using tools like Brainstorm, Get Notes, and document generation to develop your script. Every stage evaluates your choices against your Voice Profile.
