What is SciFigureAI?

SciFigureAI is an AI-powered scientific figure maker designed for researchers and scientists. It converts text descriptions, rough sketches, or existing images into clean, publication-ready figure drafts such as graphical abstracts, mechanism diagrams, protocol workflows, and concept figures. The tool provides an iterative workspace for refining figures with follow-up prompts and supports export to PPTX and SVG formats.

How to use SciFigureAI?

To use SciFigureAI, start by describing your research idea, paper abstract, or mechanism in a text prompt, or upload a rough sketch or existing image. The AI generates a figure draft in your project workspace. You can then refine the figure using follow-up instructions or uploaded references, and finally export the result as a preview (free) or use credits to download PPTX or SVG files for slides and manuscripts.
