mindmap.io is an AI-native mind mapping tool where every node can be a live AI chat. Each branch carries the full context of the path above it, so you can fork conversations, explore side questions, and keep the whole map in view. It supports multiple frontier models on one canvas, plus plain notes, images, PDFs, and Markdown.
How to use mindmap.io?
- Open the app in your browser (no install needed). Start a map and type a prompt in any node to create an AI chat. Press + on any answer to branch off a side question, which inherits the context above it. Switch models per branch, drop in images/PDFs/Markdown, color code nodes, and zoom out to scan AI summaries. Publish a map to get a read-only share link or embed it, and optionally use the mindmap.io connector with Claude, ChatGPT, or other agents.
