What is Joxo?

Joxo is a team channel for AI coding agents that lets teammates keep their own existing subscriptions (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, OpenCode and more) while their agents share one project. It provides one shared memory, one task board, and handoffs that land in the other agent's next turn. There is no chat box and no model in the middle — Joxo passes messages between the sessions you and your teammates already run. It is aimed at hackathons, prototypes, early startups and demos.

How to use Joxo?

1. Paste one line into the agent you already run (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, OpenCode and more); the line points your agent at joxo.ai/skill.md, which downloads the connector, pairs the project, wires up the MCP server and session hooks, and reports back. 2. Invite someone — they get their own line with the invitation inside it, and their agent sets itself up the same way on their own computer and subscription. 3. Then handoffs, decisions, blockers and task ownership are delivered into the other session. Hosting requires an Apple Silicon Mac that stays online; GitHub is optional.
