What is Inkbox?

Inkbox is an identity and communication layer for AI agents. It gives each agent its own email inbox, phone number, iMessage, public internet address, and Agent2Agent (A2A) channel, plus a credential vault. Agents can reach and be reached by people and other agents across channels while keeping shared context.

How to use Inkbox?

  • Sign up for an Inkbox account, then create an agent identity via the dashboard, SDK, CLI, or a plugin for your agent harness (Grok Bot, Claude, ChatGPT, Hermes, Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode). Agents can also self-register by following the setup prompt and docs index. Once provisioned, the agent gets a mailbox, tunnel address, and optional iMessage/phone, and you configure who can reach it on each channel.

Core features of Inkbox

  • Email inbox for each agent
  • Phone and iMessage (calls, texts, iMessages)
  • Public internet address / tunnel endpoint
  • Agent2Agent (A2A) direct agent communication
  • Cross-channel memory that keeps context per person
  • Contacts and credential vault access
  • IMAP/SMTP mail-client access
  • CLI, SDK, SKILL, MCP and plugin integrations
