What is Aeterna?

Aeterna is a digital legacy platform that helps individuals preserve their life stories, voice, and memories as interactive digital archives that families can explore for generations. Using AI-guided interviews, users record 5 to 10 minute voice notes answering weekly prompts, and Aeterna's AI transcribes, analyzes sentiment and themes, and organizes everything into a searchable, interactive archive. Family members can ask natural-language questions and receive answers drawn directly from the original recordings in the narrator's own voice.

How to use Aeterna?

Each week you receive a thoughtful question like 'What's your earliest childhood memory?' or 'What advice would you give your 20-year-old self?' Open the app, tap record, and talk naturally for about 5 minutes—no script needed; you can also type if you prefer. Your recording is automatically transcribed, analyzed for themes and emotions, and securely filed into your growing interactive legacy vault with AES-256 encryption. Invite family members to explore your archive, ask questions, and listen to your stories from any device.
