What is DashJob AI?

DashJob AI is an end-to-end career acceleration platform that uses two specialized AI agents: one optimizes resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and the other aggregates job listings from 20+ platforms and scores matches across five dimensions. It provides a command center for tracking applications and an interview coach to prepare users for interviews.

How to use DashJob AI?

Start by uploading your resume in any format (PDF, Word, or plain text). The AI parses and rewrites it for ATS optimization, then the job discovery engine searches and scores matches. Review ranked results, apply with one click, and track all applications in My DashJob dashboard. Use the browser extension to score jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sites.
