Clment is an AI-powered contract review platform that lets users upload contracts and automatically checks them against a customizable rulebook—or Clment's own if none is provided. It identifies risks, quotes the exact clauses behind each finding, extracts key dates and financial terms, and generates a tracked-changes Word document for sending back. The platform supports collaboration, natural-language Q&A, and continuous learning from reviewer decisions.
How to use Clment?
- Start by uploading a PDF or Word contract via drag-and-drop. Clment automatically parses, classifies, and scores the contract. Review the findings, agree or disagree with each, and tag teammates for collaboration. Once decisions are made, one click generates a redline Word document with tracked changes. You can also ask questions in plain English and get cited answers, and when the counterparty returns a version, Clment diffs it against your redline.
