What is Canvs?

Canvs is a customer insights platform designed to unlock the full value of qualitative customer feedback. Powered by a purpose-built AI engine, it delivers an intelligence layer that brings structure to unstructured feedback from surveys, reviews, social media, chat, and more. The platform helps teams understand what changed in customer sentiment, when it changed, and why, enabling faster and more confident decision-making.

How to use Canvs?

Teams upload open-ended responses to the platform, and Canvs automatically generates a dynamic code frame without manual setup or training. Users can then ask open-ended questions to CanvsIQ, filter and search verbatims using advanced filters, and generate executive-ready summaries. The Canvs MCP connector allows teams to access the same analysis directly within AI models like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
