What is Callio?

Callio is an AI phone assistant that places calls to US local businesses on your behalf. You pick a business from Google Maps, describe what you need in English, Spanish, or Chinese, and Callio calls the business in English, navigates phone menus and holds, and handles the conversation. It then sends you a clear summary of the result in your language along with the full call transcript, while keeping your own number private.

How to use Callio?

1. Download Callio from the App Store or Google Play. 2. Search for a business in Callio or share a place from Google Maps. 3. Describe what you need in your own words (English, Spanish, or Chinese) or tap a quick action like "Are you open?" or "Any tables tonight?". 4. Review and confirm the plan before Callio dials. 5. Callio calls the business, handles menus and the conversation, and never pretends to be a person. 6. Seconds after the call ends, read the summary and key details in your language plus the full transcript. You can also try the free Playground to hear Callio's voice on a real call before subscribing.
