What is BotsDontSleep?
BotsDontSleep is an AI receptionist service that answers incoming calls 24/7, screens callers, books appointments, and routes calls to the right person. It supports over 90 languages with natural accents and can handle multiple concurrent calls without queueing. The service is designed for businesses that can't afford to miss calls, such as trades, medical offices, and professional services.
How to use BotsDontSleep?
- To get started, connect your phone number by porting or forwarding your existing line (takes under 10 minutes). Then provide FAQs, services, hours, and tone of voice so the AI can be trained on your business. After reviewing test calls and setting transfer rules, you approve and launch.
